The meeting was called to order by President Jo Williams. She commented that, with the recent change to the By-Laws, minutes of the previous meeting would no longer be printed in Vision, the newsletter for the Visual Art Society of Texas. Members will be able to review the minutes on the organization's website, http://ntaal.org. For those that had read the minutes Evalyn Coulter moved that these be approved, second was made by Nancy Donley and members present voted approval.
